Depression Problems, Met With Hope
Depression is a mood disorder marked by persistent sadness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in daily life. It is also one of the most treatable conditions we see — with structured care, most clients feel real lift within weeks.
A Clear Path Out of the Fog
Depression tells convincing lies: that nothing will help, that you are a burden, that this flat gray feeling is permanent. Our work starts by naming those patterns honestly — then testing them, gently, against real life. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy and behavioral activation, we rebuild momentum in small steps: sleep, movement, connection, meaning.
Care is coordinated, not isolated. With your consent we collaborate with your primary-care doctor or psychiatrist on medication questions, and we track progress with a brief validated measure every few sessions — so hope is backed by evidence, not just optimism.

Book a ConsultationDo I need medication, or is therapy enough?+
Many clients recover with therapy alone; others benefit from combining therapy with medication. We assess honestly, coordinate with prescribers when you wish, and never push either path.
How soon will I feel better?+
Most clients notice small lifts — better sleep, a little more energy — within three to four weeks of consistent work. Deeper change typically builds across twelve to sixteen sessions.
What if I’m in crisis right now?+
If you may act on thoughts of harming yourself, call or text 988 (US) right now for immediate support. Then contact us — we prioritize urgent intakes within 48 hours.
Will my employer or family find out?+
No. Your care is strictly confidential within legal and ethical bounds. Nothing is shared with employers, family, or insurers beyond what you explicitly authorize.
