We are out-of-network with most plans and provide detailed superbills after every session — many clients receive 50–80% back. We can check your benefits on the match call.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations are billed at half the session fee, because your clinician held the hour for you.
Do unused Growth Plan sessions expire?+
Sessions are valid for six months and are transferable to a related service (for example, from individual to couples work, paying only the difference).
How do workplace programs bill?+
Fixed project quotes — never hourly surprises. Staff counseling hours bill per session actually used, reported only in aggregate.
