Since 2012, Lumenfield Psychology has helped thousands of Chicagoans — and clients across Illinois online — live steadier, kinder, more connected lives.
Our Story
Lumenfield began with a simple frustration: therapy that felt clinical, rushed, and hard to reach. Our founders — two practicing psychologists — imagined a center that felt more like a warm living room than a waiting room, where evidence-based care meets genuine human attention.
Today our team of fourteen licensed clinicians serves individuals, couples, families, and organizations. We blend cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and play therapy for younger clients — always tailored, never one-size-fits-all.
